Special Events

EHS requires all special events and tent/membrane structures applications to be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance; the events are sent to a committee to approve and we need time to schedule any inspections that need to take place. 

For ease of convenience, we now offer the Special Events Application and the Tent and Membrane Structure Application as online forms. If you know that your event is going to have tents, please fill out both forms. If you're unsure, fill out the first form below and we will reach out with any questions!
