UNM is committed to improving the culture of safety on campus. Reporting accidents and injuries is a vital part of improving safety culture. As part of this, EHS takes a no-blame approach to incidents and near misses where we work to identify root causes in processes, systems, and training. 

Hazards reported to EHS will be routed to the appropriate group for investigation and rectification.
