What we do:

The Construction Safety Manual was developed by EHS to help reduce UNM’s liability by clearly communicating the selected contractor’s health and safety responsibilities before construction and throughout the project. Recently, at the Facilities Real Estate Management meeting (FREM), EHS presented the Construction Safety Manual to the committee and explained how this document can greatly reduce UNM’s risk throughout the construction process.
