  4. How do I know what mask I need?
    • Please see the response to Question 3.

  5. I can't log into Learning Central/I have issues with Learning Central/I don't know what Learning Central is/Learning Central doesn't load.
    • Learning Central is UNM's Training Management system. Here's the link for it.
    • If you can't log in with your UNM NetID, try your HSC NetID.
    • If neither of those works, please email us and we can see what we can do.

  6. Does EHS provide Half/Full-Face respirators for us to get fitted in?
    • No, EHS does not provide any Half/Full-Face respirators. You will need to bring your own to the class you sign up for.
    • Employers are required to provide this PPE, and the responsibility falls on either the individual labs or departments to buy it for their employees.

  7.  I have a beard and don't want to shave; what are my options?
    • NIOSH has a whole guide for what is and is not acceptable, but it comes down to whether you're clean-shaven around the seal of the respirator and what a "days worth of stubble" means.
